Ninigret Pond Cleanup — Ocean House Marina and Ninigret Landing will be hosting a Pond Cleanup on May 22nd, 2021 from 9am to 12pm.

The intent is to clean the shores of Ninigret Pond in preparation for the summer season which is fast approaching. At 9am, volunteers can meet at either marina where bags will be provided for trash pickup and groups will be assigned areas of the pond to clean.

Each marina will provide transportation to sites via the water and waterfront owners can clean along their own shoreline. Ocean House Marina or Ninigret Landing should be notified of large items which will be handled by the Harbormaster.

We recommend that you wear sunscreen and tick repellent. Please be careful of local wildlife and watch out for poison ivy and other allergenic plants.
