VIRTUAL Author Talk: "Free the Beaches"

Are Connecticut's beaches for everybody, or just for shoreline residents? Activist Ned Coll raised that question forcefully in the 1960s and '70s.  What happened after that? Free the Beaches tells the story of the controversial protester who gathered a band of determined African American mothers and children and challenged the exclusionary tactics of homeowners.
