Projo — Judge continues case of malicious mischief

SYNOPSIS — Wilfred Kay, the "antagonist" in the Ibbison saga, was also tried for malicious mischief after smashing the windshield of Don Morris' truck on September 16, 1978. Morris was one of the six individuals that was arrested almost exactly one year prior on September 18, 1977 for trespassing below Mr. Kay's property in Misquamicut. Walter R. Orme was the district court judge in both cases.
